Based on our inspection, our estimate included replacing the A/C compressor kit (not only the compressor), the cooling fan assembly (which was not engaging), and the serpentine belt. If another shop was able to repair your vehicle for less, we're so glad you found a solution that fit your needs. We simply encourage comparing estimates line by line to make sure they include the same repairs and recommended components, rather than comparing a complete repair to a partial one. We know price is only one part of the decision. Our goal has never been to be the least expensive shop in town. Our goal is to recommend the repairs your vehicle needs, perform them correctly the first time, and stand behind them with NAPA's nationwide 36-month/36,000-mile warranty on both parts and labor. We truly value the trust you've placed in us over the years, and we're disappointed to hear we've lost it. If you'd be willing, we'd welcome the opportunity to review both estimates with you and answer any questions. Our goal has always been to provide honest recommendations so you can make the best decision for your vehicle.
