With more than 22 years in the automotive industry, Kathleen leads Xpertech Auto Repair with a focus on trust, care, and community. She's passionate about serving Englewood and enjoys supporting local causes like Spread Spencer's Sparkle. Outside the shop, Kathleen loves watching sunsets and spending time with her schnauzer, Bandit.

Kristina Hatcher
Service Advisor
Kristina has worked in the automotive industry for 12 years and brings a strong customer-first mindset to her role as Service Advisor at Xpertech. She enjoys spending time with her family and supporting Kids’ Needs of Greater Englewood for the positive impact they make in the community. At home, Kristina stays busy with her three children and her 12-year-old Staffordshire Terrier, Nikki. Her favorite part of working at Xpertech is that it felt like family the moment she walked in.

Paige Jarosik
Customer Experience Rep
Paige recently joined Xpertech as a Customer Service Representative, but she grew up in the shop and has always felt at home here. She loves being part of the family business and connecting with the community. When she's not at work, Paige enjoys sunsets on the beach and spending time with her two rescue pets, Bear and Stan.

Delaney Jarosik, MBA
Marketing & Operations Manager
Delaney has been part of the automotive industry for three years and serves as the Marketing and Operations Manager at Xpertech Auto Repair. She enjoys supporting the team, improving processes, and helping create an exceptional experience for every client. Delaney is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University where she received her Masters degree in Data Analytics and is passionate about learning, leadership, and personal growth. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her pets, Jake, Chloe, and Frank, along with baking and trying new recipes

Dean Jarosik
Lead Technician
Dean is Xpertech's Shop Foreman and Lead Technician with 37 years of experience in the automotive industry. He enjoys swimming in his pool, spending time with his golden doodle, Henry, and celebrating Englewood traditions like Fourth of July fireworks. Dean's favorite part of working at Xpertech is the family atmosphere that makes the shop feel like home.

Kevin Vaughn
Automotive Technician
With 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the Xpertech team. He enjoys visiting Veterans Memorial Park and Lemon Bay, riding his motorcycle, and cruising around in his golf cart. Kevin is also passionate about supporting causes like Hospice and Veterans organizations. What he values most at Xpertech is the friendships and teamwork that make every day enjoyable.

Keaton Kramer
Apprentice Technician
Keaton has been working in the automotive industry for one year and brings a growing passion for cars and teamwork to Xpertech. He enjoys playing pool at Billiards and Brew, spending time with his Russian tortoise, Blaze, and keeping up with his big family of seven siblings. Keaton also looks forward to community events like Burger Fest and appreciates the family feel of his coworkers.
